TLS Security Patch update to enable security features in Windows 7 to work with Idemia's Morpho MSO or CBM 1300 e3

As you know that support for Windows 7 ended on January 14, 2020, and now no one is receiving any kind of updates including security patch updates. so most of the devices will not run in a better way. If you have a computer PC or Laptop have good enough hardware then we will recommend you to switch to Windows 10. However, this additional TLS Transport Layer Security can help in your installation till your OS update. Must remember to keep a proper backup of your data before installing this software. 

Process for instalaltion-

1. Download TLS 1.2 SSL file and run the same on your Windows 7 computer or laptop. For installation run and follow the instructions. 

2. Restart your computer.

3. Go to "RUN" and open "Services" now search "Morpho RD Service" and restart the Service.

4. Check your RD Service status and now use it.
