Obtain the Client Service Driver from the resources available above. Attach your Mantra MFS 100 biometric device to your PC. The device performs the download with the administrative permissions. Click “Next” to continue the installation process. And then click on “install” to finalize the setup of the client service.
Error 1001 in Mantra means Permission Denied or it is an RD Service that has expired. Simply fill out the RD Service renewal form for renewal or recharging. Once renewed or recharged, disconnect your device from your PC or mobile then reconnect or reinstall the driver. Finally, restart your PC or mobile device.
Error code 720 states that the device is not connected. To resolve this, verify whether the USB source is correctly connected, check up on the driver to see if it has been installed correctly, reconnect the device, and restart the computer system.
Ensure the fingerprint sensor is clean and the finger is in the right position. Re-enroll fingerprints if necessary. Look for updates that might enrich the functionality of your device.
