Auto RD Service Upgrade Process from Management Service:
Management Server will have the capability to upgrade MFS110 RD Service 1.0.3 to 1.0.4, over the air.
Every time it restarts, RD Service shows up for the most recent version on the Management Server, and the Management Server will send updated packages to RD Service.
Firmware Verification:
Following the "Framework is ready to use," message pop, the service will prompt for firmware confirmation.
Limitations and Bugs:
MFS110 RD service RD L1 setup version 1.0.4 depends on Dot Net Framework 4.8 or later, VC++ 2013 redist, and VC++ 2015-2019 or VC++ 2015-2022 redist. Therefore, the installation of MFS110 Driver Setup 1.1.0.0 or later is recommended.

If your Mantra MFS110 L1 fingerprint scanner isn't capturing fingerprints, it may be due to improper finger placement or interference from direct light. Try using the device in a dim or shaded environment to improve scan accuracy. Make sure your finger is clean and dry, and the sensor is free from dust or smudges. Tip: Gently clean the sensor with a soft cloth and try again in a shaded area for best performance.
Error 1001 indicates that the RD service has expired on your Mantra MFS110 L1 fingerprint scanner. Without an active RD service, the device cannot be used for Aadhaar authentication or other UIDAI-compliant applications.
To resolve Error 1001,you need to renew the RD service. Visit the RD recharge page at: Select your device model (MFS110 L1). Choose the RD service duration (1, 2, or 3 years). Complete the payment and registration process. Once the RD service is renewed, restart your system and reconnect the device.
