Steps of Device Upgradation:

  1. You have filled the above details and, there is no any way to change your registration data further after the registration of Aadhaar RD Service. For each RD Service registration your device must be sourced from the genuine seller and Serial no. should be validated on manufacturers server viz. Mantra MFS 100, SCL Safran OT Morpho MSO E, Cogent 3M CSD 200, Access StarTek FM220, Secugen Hamster Pro 20, Bioenable Nitgen. If the validation will fail then we will escalate this issue to the Manufacturer or OEM and it may take more time.Pay the scheduled fee, 100% advance.
  2. All the submitted details are checked by operations team and SMS/email will be shared for any further requirement.
  3. Final details submitted to OEM to process further.
  4. Registration of device could take 3-7 official working days to process.
  5. Confirmation/ Whitelisting success mail will be shared after successful up gradation of the device.
  6. Follow the instruction shared in confirmation email which you will receive.
  7. Inform us via email in case of any discrepancies.
  8. Technical support will be provided for a technical problem.
  9. If still issue arises will escalate this issue to the Manufacturer or OEM and it may take time. In case of further issue escalation, you will get direct support from OEM.In case of invalid serial no. or technical issue refund will be initiated after your confirmation and could take time of three to four days.
  10. RadiumBox is not responsible for the delay in the process from Manufacturer or OEM side.
  11. Kindly review your device details again such as Serial No. and Model no., and in case of any issue kindly contact us immediately.
  12. Registration process starts after submission of all the details, for any delay from customer end in sharing the details, RadiumBox is not responsible.
  13. For any delay in installing or using the OTP (in case of OTP based registration), the links may be changed due to the newer version, RadiumBox is not responsible for it customer needs to contact the support team.
  14. If customer response not received within a week, then case puts on hold.

Functions & Standard Terms for Rd service Upgradation:

  1. Any other applicable Taxes shall be charged extra and on actual basis.
  2. This will cover the device upgrade, Key Rotation to comply with UIDAI Registered Devices and that to Level 0 only.
  3. For extending OEM warranty against manufacturing defects you will have to pay extra. Exclusions to this are any damages caused by mishandling, any burns, corrosion or any damages caused by exposure to chemicals, fire, water, etc.
  4. Candidates have to fill all the relevant details very carefully, there is not a provision of edit and submit button. Candidate can edit his/her registration details as many times as he/she wishes, however, once the details filled by him/her are submitted, then no further change (s) shall be permitted.
  5. For each RD Service registration your device must be sourced from the genuine seller and Serial no. should be validated on manufacturer's server viz. Mantra MFS 100, SCL Safran OT Morpho MSO E, Cogent 3M CSD 200, Access StarTek FM220, Secugen Hamster Pro 20, Bioenable Nitgen.
  6. In case of invalid serial no. or technical issue refund will be initiated after your confirmation and could take time of three to four days.
  7. Device Provider shall be responsible to provide devices and associated software described above as per the specifications issued by UIDAI which will be STQC certified.
  8. While the Device Provider will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all security standards specified by UIDAI are met to prevent breaches such as replay attack and key compromise.
  9. Device Provider shall be liable only for damages if any if it is established that such breaches have been caused due to an intentional breach on the part of Device Provider or due to noncompliance of the devices and associated components to the existing standards.
  10. The biometric scanner device will be deployed in Purchaser environment or an environment controlled/influenced by Purchaser.
  11. The Purchaser shall be responsible for maintaining the requisite level of security and related measures to prevent security breaches, including but not limited to preventing replay attacks, compromise of device keys, keeping the environment clean of rogue applications, malware, virus etc which may either adversely affect the functioning of software provided by device provider or which may try to hack / disrupt the functioning of such software to cause a security breach
